Most of them operate from somewhere else, which means residents only ever meet them as a Google result or a PropertyGuru listing, and only when they go looking. The trouble is that the people most worth winning aren't looking yet. We give you a simple way to show up earlier: your ad plays on a small screen inside a laundromat used by residents from the surrounding blocks, so your name becomes familiar before they need to call, book, enquire, or buy.
Why laundromats
